📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and software.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assisting in the implementation of IT security measures and protocols.
  • Assisting in the management and maintenance of IT documentation and records.
  • Providing training and support to new employees on IT systems and software.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives.
  • Assisting in the procurement and management of IT assets and equipment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.
  • Good understanding of network infrastructure and security.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
