📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
• Oversee sales operations, setting targets and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
• Manage customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the headquarters to align branch operations with company-wide strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
