📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and guests.,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems.,Provide training and support to new employees.,Work closely with the IT Manager to develop and implement IT strategies.,Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network infrastructure and security.,Proficiency in ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.,Strong problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
