📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a comprehensive menu plan that meets the nutritional needs of patients and complies with health center regulations.,Supervise and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and service.,Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.,Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal kitchen operations.,Collaborate with the medical team to accommodate special dietary requirements and allergies.,Ensure timely and efficient food service to patients and staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in continuous training and development programs for the culinary team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or equivalent role in a healthcare setting.,Proven track record of managing a kitchen team and ensuring high standards of food preparation and service.,Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Professional certification in culinary arts or related field (e.g., Certified Executive Chef).,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and guidelines.,Ability to work collaboratively with the medical team.
