📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
  • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and material handling.
  • Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management software.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
