Hokian Rama Auto Service is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our systems. This position offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment in the heart of Makassar.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Entering and verifying data from various sources into our database systems.,Maintaining the accuracy and completeness of data records.,Assisting in the organization and archiving of data files.,Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.,Generating reports and data summaries as required.,Providing support to the team in data-related tasks and projects.,Following up on data entry tasks to ensure timely completion.,Assisting in the training of new data entry staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Basic knowledge of data entry software such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar.,Good typing skills with a minimum of 40 words per minute.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication skills in both written and verbal form.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and operating systems.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
