📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the administrative operations of the company, including office management, staff scheduling, and meeting coordination.,Managing and maintaining the company's administrative records and files.,Handling and processing employee benefits, payroll, and other HR-related tasks.,Assisting in the preparation and distribution of company newsletters and other communications.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Providing administrative support to the management team as needed.,Managing and maintaining the company's inventory and supplies.,Assisting in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of office management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.
