WSH Experts is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Student Management Support Staff to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has a passion for helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our student management team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our students have a smooth and enjoyable experience during their stay in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist with the coordination and scheduling of student activities and events.
  • Manage student records and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases.
  • Handle student inquiries and provide information about our programs and services.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of communications to students.
  • Support the student management team with various administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the organization and execution of student orientations and welcome events.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and their families.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Enthusiasm for working with students and a passion for supporting their academic and personal growth.
