Sentosa Software is seeking a dedicated Assistant Accounting Staff to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.,Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Support the accounting team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.,Provide administrative support to the accounting department.,Participate in audits and internal controls as required.,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
