📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu and dietary requirements.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in special dietary requirements and allergies.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good knowledge of Indonesian cuisine.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
