📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to health and safety regulations.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Contribute to menu planning and development.,Assist in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to manage time effectively.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
