📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all technical operations, maintenance, and infrastructure development for luxury hotels and resorts in Canggu, Bali.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including but not limited to, building codes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring they are equipped with the latest tools and technologies to deliver exceptional service.
• Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption and sustainability practices across all properties.
• Provide strategic guidance on technical matters to senior management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality engineering.
