Indonesia Aluminium is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Site Engineer to join our team in Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our aluminum production facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the production facility, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and monitor production schedules and maintenance activities.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.,Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.,Strong knowledge of industrial processes, equipment, and safety protocols.,Proven experience in leading and managing teams.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
