As the Director of Diagnostic Imaging, you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled radiologists, technologists, and support staff. Your daily tasks will include developing and implementing imaging protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving innovation in medical imaging technologies. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive diagnostic services, enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the diagnostic imaging department, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to international standards.
• Manage and develop a team of radiologists, technologists, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement imaging protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in medical imaging.
• Drive innovation in medical imaging technologies, staying abreast of the latest advancements and integrating them into the department's practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive diagnostic services, enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards, maintaining the department's accreditation and certification.
• Lead strategic planning and budgeting for the diagnostic imaging department, ensuring financial sustainability and resource optimization.
• Represent the department in professional organizations and conferences, advocating for best practices in medical imaging.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certification as a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology (DABR) or equivalent international certification.
• Proven track record of managing a diagnostic imaging department, including budgeting, staffing, and operational oversight.
• Strong understanding of medical imaging technologies, including MRI, CT, and ultrasound.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a diverse team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience working in an international healthcare environment is a plus.
