📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support the company's financial planning.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.,Monitor and control cash flow to ensure the company's financial stability.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial laws and regulations is a plus.
