EMBER Corporindo is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and passionate about logistics and fleet management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of all vehicles in the fleet.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle inspections and servicing.,Manage fuel and oil consumption, and track vehicle performance.,Ensure all vehicles meet safety and emissions standards.,Coordinate with mechanics and vendors for timely repairs and maintenance.,Monitor vehicle usage and ensure compliance with company policies.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
