🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in insurance product management or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing insurance products
• Strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Proficient in using insurance product management software such as Guidewire, Aon, or similar
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
