📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.
  • Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff to develop their operational skills.

  • Participate in process optimization projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide operational support during projects and special initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
