📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing.,Manage the company's social media presence and engage with customers online.,Organize and participate in marketing events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
