• Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance organizational performance and drive business growth.
• Oversee the entire data lifecycle, including data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data is accurately captured, analyzed, and utilized to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Utilize advanced data analytics tools and methodologies to transform data into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of data analysts and intelligence officers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in organizational intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading data-driven initiatives and driving business results.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and software, including Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Certified Business Intelligence Professional).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
