📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and customers with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages.,Check-in and check-out guests and visitors, and provide them with necessary information.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing the guest book.,Ensure the safety and security of the office and its occupants.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Professional and polite demeanor.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
