📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure product availability and display standards.,Promote products and services to attract new customers and retain existing ones.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail sales software and POS systems is a plus.,Knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior is an advantage.,Must be fluent in Indonesian.
