📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Manage kitchen staff and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Participate in training and development programs for kitchen staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,High school diploma or equivalent, with culinary training preferred.
