JUNCTION Ekspansindo is looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team in Kembangan. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our store, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of our retail operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases,Maintain a clean and organized store environment,Stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor,Process customer payments accurately and efficiently,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Assist with inventory management and restocking,Promote sales and special offers to customers,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems,Basic knowledge of inventory management,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 lbs
