📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store,Manage and develop a team of sales associates and support staff,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures,Monitor sales performance and set targets for the team,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Manage inventory levels and ordering processes,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction,Participate in training and development programs for staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance,Strong leadership and communication skills,Knowledge of retail software and POS systems,Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising techniques,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
