Royal Food Berjaya is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Balikpapan. This is an immediate opportunity to oversee operations and ensure smooth daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervision and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team or with other departments.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and plan for the future.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Experience with inventory management and procurement.,Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and compliance requirements.,Education up to high school level or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must; English proficiency is a plus.
