📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh ingredients
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently
- Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals
- Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Follow food safety regulations and guidelines
- Work as part of a team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and dining areas
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook or kitchen helper in a luxury resort or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Familiarity with culinary software and tools such as QuickBooks or similar
- Valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
