• Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians in maintenance operations.

• Utilize maintenance management systems like SAP PM to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and operations.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems such as SAP PM or similar.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid certification in maintenance management or related field is a plus.
