In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining our financial records, processing payables and receivables, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards. You'll work closely with our finance team to provide essential administrative support, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Process payables and receivables, including invoicing, payment processing, and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and internal financial policies.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Provide essential administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update financial databases and systems, including QuickBooks and Excel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in an automotive or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
