📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the formulation development process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to translate formulation requirements into practical production plans.
• Monitor production processes using tools like SAP and MES systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement process improvements based on data analysis and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines and other relevant regulations.
• Manage inventory and supply chain activities to support smooth production operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in formulation development and manufacturing.
• Certification in GMP or relevant quality management systems.
• Proficient in using SAP and MES systems for production monitoring.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
