📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the coal quality control laboratory, ensuring all tests are conducted accurately and efficiently.
• Manage a team of quality control technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of work.
• Conduct regular inspections of mining operations to ensure compliance with international and local coal quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain consistency and improve efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions for the quality control team on new testing methods and industry standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports on coal quality data to the management team.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed in the quality control laboratory and mining operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to coal quality and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in coal quality control, preferably in a mining operation.
• Certification in coal quality analysis or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing a team of quality control technicians.
• Strong knowledge of international and local coal quality standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using coal quality analysis software such as XRF, XRD, and other laboratory equipment.
