📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the legal compliance of all business operations, ensuring adherence to Indonesian corporate, labor, tax, and environmental laws.
• Manage and maintain legal documentation, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of legal processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
• Provide strategic advice on regulatory matters, including changes in laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with legal counsel and external auditors to ensure all legal requirements are met.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance.
• Represent the company in negotiations with government agencies and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports and filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal management, corporate compliance, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate, labor, tax, and environmental laws.
• Proficient in using legal management software such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in corporate compliance or regulatory affairs is a plus.
