📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.,Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.,Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.,Resolve project issues and coordinate with stakeholders to find effective solutions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.,Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
